How does the free trial work?
New accounts get 7 days free. Cancel during the trial in Settings and you won’t be charged. After that it’s $99 a month until you cancel.
What happens if I use all 250 minutes?
Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute. It keeps answering past 250, with no automatic overage charge, upgrade or suspension. We email you at 80% and 100%, and we’d need your agreement before any future charge or plan change.
Do features cost extra?
No. Every feature is in the one plan.
Do I need a new business number?
No. Keep your number and forward the calls you want answered. We give you a Nevermiss number to forward to.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from the billing page in Settings. Cancel during the free week and you pay nothing. After that, cancelling stops the next charge; a month already billed isn’t refunded except where the law requires. Turn off forwarding and your calls ring the way they did before.
